CafeFrame does not collect or store any personal data entered into our calculator tools. All calculations are performed locally in your browser. No input data is transmitted to any server operated by CafeFrame.

When you visit this website, our hosting provider may collect standard server log data, which may include:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page

This data is retained for up to 90 days for security and performance monitoring purposes and is not used for individual user profiling.

CafeFrame uses a single functional cookie (ck) stored in your browser's local storage to remember whether you have accepted our cookie notice. This is a preference cookie, not a tracking cookie, and contains no personal information.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, behavioural tracking cookies, or any analytics platform that places persistent identifiers in your browser.

3. Third-Party Services

CafeFrame uses the following third-party services, which may set their own cookies or collect data subject to their own privacy policies:

• Google Fonts — used to serve typography assets. Google may collect limited data as part of font delivery. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
• Unsplash — blog post images are loaded from Unsplash's servers. Unsplash may log image requests.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any behavioural advertising service.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where personal data is processed (limited to server log data described above), the legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining website security and performance (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not process personal data for marketing purposes.

Server log data is retained for a maximum of 90 days. Local storage preference data (ck) is retained in your browser until you clear your browser's local storage.
